Dear Parents and Guardians,

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,

It is with great joy and gratitude that I share with you some reflections on the first week of school for our beloved elementary students. Welcoming both new and returning families, this week has been filled with excitement, new friendships, and the joyful sounds of children filling our hallways once again.

For many of our youngest students, this week marked the start of a new chapter in their educational journey. While some arrived with bright smiles, others needed a little more reassurance—but all of them have shown courage as they adjust to new routines, classrooms, and teachers. Our dedicated team of educators has worked with love and care to help each child feel welcomed, safe, and valued.

Throughout this first week, our students have participated in various orientation activities designed to help them get to know their classmates, build basic school routines, and become familiar with their learning environment. It is truly heartwarming to see their confidence grow day by day.

As parents, your role is invaluable in supporting this transition. Simple routines at home, conversations about their school day, and consistent encouragement can help your child feel secure as they settle into school life. We encourage you to stay connected with your child’s teacher, and never hesitate to share any concerns or questions you may have.

In the coming weeks, we look forward to working together in guiding your children, not just in academics but also in character building, so they grow into well-rounded individuals with strong values and a love of learning.
