Entrance Assessment

Prospective students will participate in an entrance assessment designed to help us understand their academic readiness and individual learning needs. The assessment covers fundamental literacy and numeracy skills, and may also include basic problem-solving tasks and communication exercises. This stage is not only about measuring ability, but also about identifying strengths and areas where the school can provide additional support. Our goal is to ensure that every child is placed in the right environment to thrive academically and socially.

  • Evaluation of basic reading and writing skills.
  • Assessment of numeracy and logical thinking.
  • Observation of communication and interaction abilities.
  • Feedback provided to parents about the child’s learning profile.

Stage 3

Parent Interview

This stage is a dedicated discussion session between the school and the parents to align on the vision and mission of the child’s education. It provides an opportunity for parents to share their expectations, values, and aspirations, while the school explains its philosophy, curriculum, and support systems. The interview also allows both parties to build mutual understanding and ensure that the school environment will nurture the child’s growth academically, socially, and emotionally. Parents are encouraged to ask detailed questions about teaching methods, extracurricular activities, and the overall learning journey.

  • Discussion of the school’s educational philosophy and values.
  • Opportunity for parents to express expectations and concerns.
  • Clarification of curriculum, facilities, and student support services.
  • Strengthening collaboration between parents and the school community.

Stage 4

Our admissions team will carefully review the entire application process, including the submitted documents, assessment results, and parent interview. Within 3–5 working days, parents will receive an official notification of the admission decision either through email or via the registration portal. The decision will outline whether the child has been accepted, placed on a waiting list, or requires further consideration. This stage ensures transparency and provides families with clear next steps in the enrollment journey.

  • Comprehensive review of all submitted materials and assessments.
  • Final evaluation by the admissions committee.
  • Notification sent through email and/or registration portal.
  • Clear instructions for accepted students on how to proceed to enrollment.
